  3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price. If payment has already been processed, you will be notified and promptly refunded. Payment is due at the time an order is placed.
  4. Order Acceptance After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Maison LeClair reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: • Product availability • Pricing errors • Suspected fraud • Unauthorized resale • Billing or payment issues If your order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
  5. Shipping Shipping times displayed during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Maison LeClair is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.
  6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our Return Policy.
