At Maison LeClair, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Returns and Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days after your return has been processed for your financial institution to post the refund.
Creating the return:
Send an email with the following information to support@maison-leclair.com
- Your order number
- The item and size being returned
- The reason for the return
- Photographs if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please wait for return authorization before mailing your item.
Next go to Orders and open the relevant order
- Click Return, select the items and quantities
- In the Return shipping options section, select create a label, print and place it on your package.
- Please ship the item back using a carrier of your choice
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To keep inventory accurate and provide the fastest service, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, simply return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We'll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no additional cost to you.
